    Delta Phi Epsilon was formed "...for the purpose of promoting good fellowship among Sorority women...to help...in acquiring knowledge, appreciation, discriminating judgement, and a true feeling of Sisterly love, through the interaction, one upon the other, of sympathetic and friendly natures."
